Yoga 4 Kids


The physical challenge, the need to keep focussed, the healing benefits and the feeling of connection with the heart, make Yoga a path that you want to explore as early as possible.

As a mom, I’ve been practicing Yoga with my 5 years old daughter since she was a baby, which has helped me connect stronger and closer with her.

I got my certification to teach kids at Little Lotus for Kids and since then I am sharing lots of teaching and learning with the little ones. They teach us how to live, how to enjoy the moment and how to express ourselves from the depth of our heart.

The classes are fun! We dance, we sing, we imitate animals and different objects we find in nature, while we keep a connection to breathe and take care of the good alignment on those tiny bodies.

Teaching children 18 months and up.
